El haber censado unidades con correlativo, lo que permite al IHTT es realizar estudios técnicos para determinar si pueden obtener concesión estatal para explotar el servicio en rutas donde talvez no hay transporte público concesionado, pero deben esperar a que el IHTT termine ese estudio y les otorgue en su caso el permiso y el certificado, solo hasta ese momento pueden operar”, afirmó Zacapa.
