El abogado Julio Ramírez presentó hoy varios escritos exigiendo la devolución de bienes incautados a la exprimera dama, Rosa Elena Bonilla de Lobo, acusada por malversación de caudales de 16 millones de lempiras.
Explicó que ante el Juzgado en Materia de Corrupción presentó un escrito para lograr la devolución de los bienes adquiridos en 1986, 2002, 2005 y 2010, períodos que no comprenden la investigación que se le sigue a su defendida.

Según el galeno, la Oficina Administradora de Bienes Incautados (OABI), tiene bajo su poder 11 bienes de la exprimera dama Rosa de Lobo.
A la exprimera dama el pasado 5 de marzo, la justicia dictó un auto de formal procesamiento con prisión preventiva por nueve delitos por malversación de caudales públicos y uno por lavado de activos.
Al mismo tiempo, calificó el aseguramiento de los bienes como “ilegal” porque además se inmovilizaron valores superiores a la acusación que es por la presunta malversación de 16 millones de lempiras.
Ramírez criticó a la jueza Vera Barahona por las actuaciones judiciales y dijo que ésta actuó presionada por la Fiscalía y la Misión de Apoyo Contra la Corrupción e Impunidad (MACCIH).
“La ley dice que si lo acusan por 16 millones se deben asegurar bienes por el mismo valor, además los bienes asegurados son de años anteriores a los señalamientos y el período de tiempo investigado”, desglosó.
“Al pueblo hondureño le digo los siguiente con la suficiente responsabilidad del caso, el Ministerio Público, la Ufecic y el Juzgado Anticorrupción están aplicando la ley de manera incorrecta y la están torciendo para beneficio de querer transmitir un mensaje que es incorrecto”.
